Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium, a sixth-form college in Gothenburg, is a school very friendly to new technology. For years they have had a custom intranet for students and teachers which had become outdated.
XLD Studios stepped in to design and build a much more modern website, built upon the powerful and flexible Drupal system. Drupal allowed us to build a website where teachers could share information with the 400+ students and function as a modern portal for the school.
From the initial launch, the site has been praised for its design and ease-of-use, both for students, staff and visitors. Staff who never learned how to use the old website has quickly adapted the new site and incorporated it in their workflows.
Kearns Brothers

Kearns Brothers, a professional construction company specializing in roofing and home construction based in Detroit, MI contacted us with a request for a new flexible website to attract more leads and clients to their business.
XLD Studios rebuilt the entire website in WordPress, moving it from static HTML pages in order to make the site easier to update for Kearns Brothers. In addition we designed the site to showcase their expertise and previous work, making it easy for new customers to get in touch with them.
Since the launch of the website it has attracted more leads, reducing the bounce rate by over 40%. Kearns Brothers now have a website where they can confidently direct customers knowing that they will find what they are after and experience the real spirit of Kearns Brothers.
cWrite

Editing and translation service company, cWrite wanted a presence online and contacted us for a simple but modern website to be able to direct potential clients to. At the same time, they wanted to be able to easily update the website with new information and content.
cWrite now has a modern website that while simple to the eye comes with a very powerful backend that allows them to add and edit content on the website very easily.
The Grill

The Grill, a restaurant in the middle of San Fransisco specializing in high-end burgers and east coast style sandos (sandwiches) asked us to take over their website project and help them create an elegant and modern website to present their restaurant.
We built the website using the latest standards both by using HTML5 but also by using some of the new features in WordPress 3 to create a powerful yet easy to use backend; such as custom post types and the solid Shortcodes API to allow for even easier updating.
Tactics Sells High Tech

Tactics provides consultation services to tech startups. They approached us in desperate need of a new, modern website that could easily be updated from a web control panel.
XLD Studios built a website using modern technologies on top of WordPress as a CMS. This allows Tactics to keep their website up to date as well as run a blog, posting insight in brand success. Together with the website, XLD Studios built a series of sections as mini-websites to promote specific services.
The new website has been a success with several high-profile tech people, commenting on its design and ease-of-use.
